HealthIt Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

To use HealthIt you must accept these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy on the app's acceptance screen. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is offered by MASTER MILS TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 44.448.628/0001-20).

2. Not medical advice

HealthIt does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. Suggestions are general and educational and do not replace a physician, dietitian or physical education professional. Consult a professional before changing your diet or physical activity, especially if you have a health condition. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.

3. Informational content

Nutrition values, the exercise catalog, suggested habits and tips are approximate and educational. They may contain inaccuracies and do not take your individual needs into account.

4. Audience 18+

HealthIt is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By accepting these Terms you declare that you are 18 or over. Use by anyone under 18 is prohibited; if we identify such use, the account will be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the app lawfully and for personal purposes, without trying to compromise its security or operation.

6. Your data

To use the app you must sign in with a real Google account (internet required on first access). Your health records stay only on the device. Your account data and consent records are kept on the server, in the United States, where the level of data protection may differ from Brazil's; based on our understanding, the international transfer is necessary to perform this contract and to comply with a legal obligation, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export and delete your data and revoke consent at any time in the app; deletion requires internet and can also be requested at https://www.mastermils.com.br/healthit/en/delete-account. The access record (IP, date/time and route) is kept for 6 months by legal obligation.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its brand and its code belong to Master Mils Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 44.448.628/0001-20) or its licensors. Your personal records remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

HealthIt is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of health, weight or performance results. Suggestions are general and educational, and decisions about diet, training and routine should be made with professional guidance (section 2). Your health records stay only on the device, with no copy on the server: they are lost if you uninstall the app, erase local data or change devices without exporting them first (Profile > My data > Export my data). Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for defects in the app or limits the rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app and, when required, we will ask for a new acceptance before you continue using the app. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice in the app, whenever possible, except for legal order or force majeure, so that you can export your data. You can stop using the app and delete your data whenever you want. Account data without access for 1 year is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. You may bring any claim in the courts of your place of residence. Contact: dpo@mastermils.com.br.
